- Base salary rises to USD 1.4 million from USD 1.26 million effective Aug. 1, 2026; bonus of USD 581,667 due by Aug. 15.
- Annual bonus target set at 240% of base salary; long-term equity incentive award target set at 450% of base salary.
- Granted 2,000,000 cash-settled SARs on Aug. 1 with a USD 8.45 base price; vesting starts at 1,000,000 after one year.
