- Salini holds 400,842,299 registered shares, equal to 39.39% of ordinary share capital.
- Salini’s total voting rights stand at 763,369,234, equal to 49.25% of voting rights.
- CDP Equity holds 167,555,145 registered shares, equal to 16.47% of ordinary share capital.
- CDP Equity’s total voting rights stand at 335,110,290, equal to 21.62% of voting rights.
