- Allison Transmission segment net sales rose 6% to a record USD 860 million; Off-Highway contributed USD 706 million following the Jan. 1 acquisition.
- Full-year guidance was raised, with net sales seen at USD 5.8 billion-USD 6 billion and adjusted EBITDA at USD 1.47 billion-USD 1.58 billion.
