VENU Shares Rise After $25 Million Financing for Oklahoma Amphitheater

VENU shares rose after the live entertainment venue developer said it secured $25 million in bridge financing to support construction of its Regent Bank Amphitheater in Oklahoma while preserving shareholder value.
Shares were recently up 12% at $2.28.
The company said the financing will fund construction of its 12,500-seat Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, near Tulsa, which is targeted to open in the fall of 2026.
The bridge financing is intended to carry the project until VENU closes previously announced Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE, permanent financing, which it expects to complete in the third quarter.
VENU received $12.5 million in gross proceeds at closing, with an additional $12.5 million available upon meeting certain closing conditions. The loan is structured as a secured convertible debenture. Additional terms will be disclosed in a forthcoming SEC filing.
