- BTU trading ends Aug. 6; record date for conversion into shares, TO6 warrants, TO7 warrants is Aug. 10.
- Warrants TO6, TO7 start trading Aug. 12; shares and warrants expected to be delivered the same day.
- TO6 warrants: exercise Sept. 1–15 at SEK 0.1 per share; potential proceeds about SEK 11.8 million.
- TO7 warrants: exercise tied to Medicare reimbursement decision; price set at 70% of VWAP, capped at SEK 0.2, floor SEK 0.1.
