- Cash proceeds attributable to Entera estimated at about EUR 1 million, largely already collected.
- Transaction generated an estimated return of about 2x on invested capital.
- Entera holds 8.93% of Smart4Sea, which owns 50% of SmartVSL Geosolutions, the vehicle that held the NextGeo stake.
- Proceeds earmarked to fund Entera’s growth, including M&A.
