- Provision for credit losses jumped to $19 million from $2.8 million in Q1, while a $5.3 million non-cash goodwill impairment was recorded.
- Net interest margin widened 8 basis points to 3.03%, while deposits edged down 1.4% to $2.64 billion at June 30.
- Board moved to suspend common and preferred dividends, citing capital preservation while it reviews the loan portfolio with independent consultants.
