Loopring has completed the L2 NFT return process, sending 2,046 NFTs to the mainnet.

Foresight News reported that Loopring announced on Twitter that the L2 NFT return process has been completed. The team executed 9 batches of sendNfts() transactions on the Ethereum mainnet (blocks 25571319 to 25571397), successfully delivering a total of 2,046 NFTs (including 544 ERC-721 and 1,502 ERC-1155), involving 1,241 L1 addresses and 283 collections.

Some NFTs could not be sent on-chain: 14 transfers were rolled back due to collection-level locks or the recipient contracts not supporting ERC-1155; 21 expired .eth ENS domain names could not be returned; NFTs minted natively on Loopring L2 without a corresponding mainnet collection are not included in this return process. For NFTs held in Loopring smart wallet addresses, manual returns are still adopted for security reasons, with a deadline of August 15, 2026. Users can send an email to the official mailbox for identity verification and claim their NFTs.
