BlockBeats news, on May 28, according to official sources, the decentralized derivatives trading platform edgeX has officially launched its V2 version. This version is a comprehensive reconstruction based on EDGE Chain, featuring systematic upgrades in security, performance, transparency, and scalability.

At the product level, edgeX V2 now supports 24/7 trading of multiple derivatives including US stocks, Korean stocks, and commodities. So far, the platform has launched 40 trading pairs related to stocks and commodities, and has added advanced trading features such as independent margin mode and TWAP.

Meanwhile, edgeX has also launched the "Trade to Own" season. This mechanism aims to convert users’ trading activities into protocol ownership, enabling real traders to gradually become EDGE token holders through trading. 100% of the platform’s net profit will be used for EDGE token buybacks, creating long-term alignment among platform growth, trader rights, and token holder interests.
