Circle releases Arc whitepaper, mainnet expected to launch this summer
Foresight News reports that Circle has released the Arc blockchain whitepaper. According to the whitepaper, the Arc mainnet is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2026, with the testnet starting in October 2025. As of May 5, 244.1 million transactions have been processed. Arc is positioned as a public chain for institutions, compatible with EVM, natively integrates USDC, supports sub-second settlement and configurable privacy features, and cross-chain transfers are completed through Circle's CCTP.
