Cobo launches the payment incentive settlement layer ACL, opening to public chains, stablecoin issuers, and payment institutions
According to Odaily, digital asset custody and wallet solution provider Cobo has launched the Adoption Clearing Layer (ACL), a payment incentive settlement layer that is open to public chains, stablecoin issuers, and payment institutions. The initiative aims to collaborate with more ecosystem partners to jointly build a stablecoin payment network based on real transactions.
ACL offers multi-chain payment routing and incentive settlement capabilities, directly tying ecosystem incentive budgets to actual payment transactions to create a transaction-centric growth loop. The first batch of ACL partners includes Aptos and Morph. Through ACL, individual transactions can receive rebates of up to 15bps—helping ecosystem partners increase real on-chain transaction volume, while also providing payment institutions with sustainable revenue sources.
