US Stocks Move: Fangdd Gains 2.56% Pre-market, Institutions Suggest Shanghai and Shenzhen Real Estate Markets May See a Turnaround by Year-End
Gelonghui, April 10th | Fangdd (DUO.US) rose 2.56% to $1.20 in pre-market US trading. According to reports, Goldman Sachs stated that Shanghai and Shenzhen may lead the recovery of China’s real estate market, with these two cities possibly bottoming out by the end of this year, which would be 6 to 24 months ahead of other tier-one and tier-two cities. The bank's model currently expects housing prices in Shanghai and Shenzhen to increase by 15% between the end of 2025 and the end of 2028.
