Developer organizations such as Gnosis, Zisk, and the Ethereum Foundation announced the launch of the Ethereum Economic Zone (EEZ) project at the EthCC conference. The project aims to improve the interoperability of multiple Layer 2 networks on Ethereum, reduce the time and cost of cross-network transfers, and simplify ecosystem interactions for users and developers.
