Foresight News reported that Curve Finance tweeted that PancakeSwap copied its code without permission, which violates the relevant license agreement. Curve stated that this behavior not only constitutes a violation, but history has also shown that such actions are unwise in other respects. In addition, Curve pointed out that if PancakeSwap wishes to use Stableswap while avoiding legal issues and leverage its expertise to protect user security, it can still contact Curve for authorization and collaboration.
