According to Bitcoin.com News, Russia has issued new regulations for cryptocurrency mining, stipulating that miners must report their income before the 20th of each month and only approved entities can operate mining businesses. The new rules specify that those with a record of financial crimes will be prohibited from engaging in cryptocurrency mining activities. In addition, Russia will also establish a national miner registration system to strengthen regulation of the cryptocurrency mining industry.
