According to Cointelegraph, Satoshi Action Fund co-founder Dennis Porter said in an interview with US Senator Cynthia Lummis on February 2nd that Utah has a "great chance" of becoming the first state in the US to establish a Bitcoin reserve, as they only have 45 days to make a decision.
