MicroStrategy has issued a redemption notice, with the redemption note amounting to approximately 1.05 billion US dollars
According to the official announcement, MicroStrategy will redeem $1.05 billion in convertible bonds due in 2027 and settle all conversion requests in the form of stock.
It has issued a full redemption notice to the trustee of MicroStrategy's outstanding 0.0% convertible senior notes due 2027. The total principal amount of the notes being redeemed is approximately $1.05 billion, equivalent to the total principal amount of notes held by investors that are not yet repaid. The notice requires all unpaid notes to be redeemed on February 24, 2025, with a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes being redeemed plus any accrued but unpaid special interest up until (but not including) the redemption date unless converted before then.
