Shanghai: Build high-quality data infrastructure such as blockchain and corpus, and create universal cross-chain functions

 on January 18 that the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Office issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Digital Trade and Service Trade in Shanghai", proposing to build high-performance computing infrastructure. Construct high-energy-level cloud computing data center clusters, open computing platforms, and computing interconnection platforms. Build high-quality data infrastructure such as blockchain and corpus, build urban blockchain infrastructure, create blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms and general cross-chain functions, help promote trusted cross-border flow of data, and promote the construction of high-quality corpus data elements.
