Solana stablecoin sees explosive growth, with inflows exceeding $2 billion in the past 7 days

On January 7th, it was officially announced that Solana has achieved strong growth in the adoption indicators of stablecoins (USDT and USDC). The data shows that in the past 7 days, the net inflow of Solana stablecoins reached $2.021 billion, ranking second among all public chains, second only to Ethereum's $11.10 billion. This growth rate not only far exceeds the $832 million and $540 million of TON and Avalanche, but also significantly leads mainstream public chains such as Tron.

 

According to Kyle Samani's analysis, Solana's stablecoin adoption indicators have surpassed Ethereum and Tron, firmly ranking among the top in multiple key indicators. This achievement highlights the strong appeal of the Solana ecosystem, especially in the demand for high-performance trading and fast clearing, its ultra-fast execution speed and low transaction costs have become an ideal choice for stablecoin liquidity.

 

Solana official member Tamar stated that in 2025, Solana will continue to focus on the stablecoin ecosystem, further promoting the popularity of USDT and USDC in the fields of on-chain payments, DeFi applications, and cross-chain transactions, with the goal of occupying a higher position in the global stablecoin adoption market.
