MicroStrategy's Bitcoin purchases exceed 2021 bull market levels
According to the Saylortracker page, MicroStrategy purchased 27,200 BTC on November 10, 2024, at approximately $74,000 each. MicroStrategy then bought another 51,780 BTC on November 17 and subsequently purchased an additional 55,500 BTC on November 24 at a price of about $97,000 each - setting a record for the largest ever BTC purchase. During the bull market of 2020-2021, MicroStrategy's biggest acquisition was on December 21st in year of 2020 when it acquired a total of 29,646 bitcoins with trading prices around $21,000 per bitcoin.
