The company previously announced the sale of 228,853 common shares at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, raising approximately $1.8 million. Currently, BTC Digital Ltd. plans to sell a total of 1,108,853 common shares in the public offering, increasing the total fundraising amount to $8.8 million.
