PANews reported on November 9th, according to Whale Alert monitoring, about 8 hours ago Tether Treasury minted an additional 1 billion USDT on Ethereum. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that this is an authorized but unissued transaction, meaning it will be used as inventory for the next issuance request and chain exchange.
