According to the verdict, the Supreme Court of South Korea dismissed the appeal of Fantom's former CEO Byung-Ik Ahn due to lack of evidence. The case originated from Sik Sin's failure to fulfill the service agreement signed with Fantom, including technical implementation and applying Fantom technology in the Korean food technology industry.
