Deribit's Asia-Pacific Business Head, Lin Chen, posted on X stating that today's largest BTC block option is: an investor purchased bullish options of 80,000 by the end of the year and sold bullish options of 120,000 by the end of the year, totaling 525 BTCs. They paid a premium of $1.844 million USD.
