The BTC swing whale withdrew 245 BTC from CEX two hours ago

According to EmberCN monitoring, the smart money whale who made a profit of 31.06 million USD through two BTC swing investments in the past 11 months has started buying BTC again today: He withdrew 245 BTC (15.97 million USD) from CEX two hours ago, presumably optimistic about the upcoming market and starting his third round of BTC investment. His previous two rounds of BTC swings were as follows: 

1. From August to November 2023, he accumulated 717.6BTC at an average price of $29,389 per coin, then sold them in December 2023 at an average price of $41,986 per coin for a profit of $9.04 million (+43%); 
2. From February to May 2024, he accumulated another 1,181BTC at an average price of $48,877 per coin and then sold them between May and June in that same year at an average price of $67,528 per coin for a profit of $22.02 million (+38%).
