News on July 16, Degen tweeted that a user lost nearly 90% of their funds during the cross-chain bridging process from Degen Chain to Base. If there are other users encountering similar problems, they will create a form to ensure everyone can get a refund. Meanwhile, Degen will make significant adjustments in the coming weeks to provide better service.
