Bloomberg ETF Analyst: SEC Requires Ether ETF Issuers to File Final S-1s on Wednesday
Bloomberg ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas posted on the X platform, "It was reported that the SEC finally responded to issuers today, asking them to return final S-1 filings (including fees) on Wednesday, and then to file for effectiveness after the close of trading on Monday for issuance on Tuesday, July 23."
