The “German Government” address transferred out another 1,375 BTC

Arkham monitoring reported that the German government transferred 1375 BTC again 40 minutes ago, of which 1000 were transferred to an address starting with 139po suspected to be B2C2 Group, and the remaining 375 were transferred to Kraken.
