The “German Government” wallet address transferred 150 BTC to Kraken

Arkham data shows that 13 minutes ago, a wallet address labeled "German government" on the chain transferred 150 BTC to a Kraken address, worth about $8.57 million. In addition, 1250 BTC was transferred to two unknown addresses, worth about $71.45 million.
