Chain analyst Yu Jing observed that the German government address transferred 700 BTC, approximately 40.47 million USD, to the address 139...bVu eight hours ago. This address likely belongs to an asset management institution which will distribute the received coins into Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp and other CEXs after receipt.
