Bloomberg ETF Analyst: Everyone Thinks Tokenization Is Important
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said on the X platform, “Had an enlightening discussion with 21Shares co-founder Ophelia Snyder, digital asset analyst matthew sigel, and Jason Xavier today at Proof of Talk inside the Louvre. All agree tokenization is important, but may not be an alternative to ETFs. sigel predicts bitcoin ETFs will exceed $500 billion in size in the U.S. within five years, and snyder says they may exceed that globally. They all agreed that I may have underestimated the demand for an ethereum ETF, which they plan to position as a “productive tech stock” and “the ultimate app store,” a very different pitch from bitcoin.”
