Plume Network, a Layer 2 network focused on bringing real-world assets (RWA) onto the blockchain, announced on platform X that it is about to launch an incentive testnet and has now opened registration for this testnet. Previously on May 24th, Plume Network completed a $10 million seed round of financing led by Haun Ventures.
