Market information shows that CoinDesk reports that the U.S SEC is asking trading platforms to speed up updates of spot Ethereum ETF's form19B-4 files, indicating that Ethereum ETF may be approved on May31st . In addition, influenced by positive news, funds have begun to flow into Ethereum ecosystem and Meme was first to receive this inflow of funds which pushed its price higher.
