An internal document sent to investors shows that Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup, xAI, is seeking financing of $3 billion to $4 billion. This would value the company at $18 billion.
Insiders revealed that emails about potential financing are circulating in Silicon Valley's venture capital community, including a roughly 20-page pitch deck. The source also said that people close to Musk have been having discussions on an internal network to assess interest in participating in this deal. The terms and amount of this round of financing have not yet been finalized and may still change.
