13 new wallets withdrew 13,560 MKR from Binance in the past week

According to Spot On Chain monitoring, 13 new wallets have withdrawn 13,560 MKR (approximately $47.8 million) from Binance in the past week, including 8,875 MKR (approximately $30.8 million) withdrawn in the past 12 hours alone. Three other wallets have conducted test withdrawals of 0.0055 MKR and will soon make more withdrawals. All 16 wallets received ETH funds from wallet 0x316 (possibly Anchorage Digital), so they may belong to one entity.
