Shawn Layden, a former Sony executive, has joined READYgg, a blockchain gaming infrastructure startup, as an advisor. The startup has raised $4 million in a recent funding round and plans to use the funds to expand its business development efforts, hire more engineers, and launch a "player-centric community." Layden will use his expertise in the gaming industry to help the startup connect with publishers and creators, promote community-centric gaming, and develop market strategies. READYgg provides developers with tools to implement NFTs, crypto wallets, and other technologies in their games, and plans to launch its own RDYX crypto token later this year.
