L2BEAT data shows that with ETH breaking through $3100, the current total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer2 has risen to $29.15 billion, an increase of 10.92% over 7 days. The top five are:

- Arbitrum One TVL is $13.04 billion, a 7-day increase of 3.96%;

- OP Mainnet TVL is $7.64 billion, a 7-day increase of 9.04%;

- Manta Pacific TVL is $1.84 billion, a 7-day increase of 3.48%;

- Starknet TVL is $1.33 billion, a 7-day increase of 624.5%;

- Metis TVL is $900 million, a seven day growth rate of24 .68%.
