On February 21st, according to @ai_9684xtpa monitoring, the whale/institution that has accumulated a total of 83,286 ETH just transferred out another 10,135 ETH from CEX, worth $29.77 million. As of now, this whale has accumulated a total purchase of 93,421 ETH on-chain and trading platforms (total value of $274 million), with an average cost of $2786 per ETH.
