According to L2beat data, the current total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer2 has reached $21.31 billion, with a 7-day decline narrowed to 0.67%.

The top five are:

Arbitrum One ($10.4 billion, down 1.89% in seven days);

OP Mainnet ($5.3 billion, down 3.23% in seven days);

Manta Pacific ($1.73 billion, up 19.18% in seven days);

Base ($712 million, down 3.16% in seven days);

Metis Andromeda ($709 million, down 6.34% in seven days).
