SEC Commissioner "Crypto Mom" Hester Peirce stated that there is no need to convince the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to approve a spot Ethereum ETF application through litigation.

In an interview with Coinage Media on January 24, Hester Peirce reviewed the previous ruling of Grayscale Court and said: "We shouldn't need a court to tell us that our actions are 'arbitrary and capricious', this is not how we approve."
