Report: The number of global virtual asset users has exceeded 500 million, a 34% increase compared to last year
The Crypto.com market size report states that the number of global virtual asset users and holders increased from 432 million in 2022 to 580 million by the end of 2023, a growth of about 34%.
Crypto.com emphasizes that despite experiencing long-term sluggishness, the global cryptocurrency user base has significantly increased by 34%, reaching a new milestone. The emergence of "Ethereum Shanghai Upgrade" and "BRC-20 tokens and Ordinals" further accelerated the growth of global users.
