According to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community voted to approve the proposal to "Add PYUSD to the Aave V3 Ethereum network". PYUSD is a stablecoin backed by the US dollar launched by PayPal and issued by Paxos. The current circulating supply has exceeded $230 million.
