Mechanism Capital Co-Founder: The downside risk will decrease to about 10% before and after the launch of ETF
Andrew Kang, co-founder and partner of the crypto venture capital firm Mechanism Capital, posted on social media X saying that he believes the downside risk will decrease to about 10% around the launch of a spot Bitcoin ETF. In the next 12 months, the upside risk could reach 100%. After approval, we will receive seed funding of $500-700 million (which needs to be used for direct BTC purchases), and we will also see sales/marketing campaigns on an unprecedented scale.
