Grayscale resubmits revised S-3 document after GBTC conversion application

According to public documents, Grayscale has submitted another revised S-3 file today, aiming to convert its GBTC into a spot Bitcoin ETF.

According to Germany's Handelsblatt, Volkswagen plans to limit its investment over the next five years to around 135 billion euros (approximately 156 billion US dollars).
