On November 9th, the high-success rate whale (0xb15) of Band ETH, as monitored by Twitter user Yu Jin, transferred 25,700 ETH to Binance, and then withdrew 55.51 million USDT in batches from Binance from November 9th to November 21st. This morning (5 hours ago), he transferred 3.51 million USDT to Binance.
