Regarding Bitcoin (BTC): Trendline Break: According to the daily chart, Bitcoin has broken below its previous trendline and is currently holding around a minor support level. Head and Shoulders Pattern: On the 4-hour chart, the neckline of the identified “Head and Shoulders” pattern has been broken, and the price is currently showing a bounce from that area. Golden Pocket Level: The current price appears to be facing rejection from the “Golden Pocket” level. If this level is successfully broken, the market could potentially move higher toward the $64,000–$67,000 range. Exit Strategy: If at least a 4-hour candle or a daily candle closes below the current level, it may be advisable to exit long trades. Funding Rate: When the market reaches a true bottom, the funding rate is usually highly negative. However, during the previous drop toward $57,000, the funding rate did not become significantly negative. This could indicate the possibility of another short-term “shakeout” or downward move. Regarding Solana (SOL): Falling Wedge Breakout: Solana broke out of the Falling Wedge pattern on the 4-hour chart, resulting in an approximately 14% increase in price. Profit Target: The first target was around the $130 level, where profits were taken. The next major target is Solana’s Golden Pocket level. New Entry: A new trade entry may be considered only if the price retraces back to a strong support level. Market Retracement: Historically, during bull markets, significant long-term retracements can occur. If Bitcoin returns to the $70,000 level, there is a possibility of another retracement before the market stabilizes and resumes a sustained upward movement.
