Odaily reports that TD Cowen analysts Lance Vitanza and Jonnathan Navarrete have raised the target price for the Bitcoin treasury company Strive (ASST) from $44 to $56, due to the company's Bitcoin purchases over the past two weeks already surpassing previous full-quarter projections.
Data shows that Strive's Bitcoin holdings have increased from 28,000 at the end of September to 35,595, currently valued at approximately $2.9 billion, ranking fourth among publicly listed companies. The company purchased 3,311 and 2,822 Bitcoin on October 13 and 14, respectively.
In addition, Strive plans to increase the scale of SATS preferred stock issuance to 7 million shares at an issue price of $90 per share, aiming to raise $630 million, with completion expected on October 20. The stock price fell 6.6% to $23.96 on Friday due to equity dilution from warrant exercises, but it is still up more than 38% year-to-date. Analysts believe that as the $27 warrants are exercised, the related selling pressure is expected to ease. (The Block)
