On October 21 local time, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak stated that the first oil tanker carrying Russian diesel will set off for the United States on the 22nd. Currently, both Russia and the United States are in the final stages of signing contracts for diesel supply. Novak believes that Russia is expected to supply diesel to countries other than the United States before the end of this year and may fully restore its diesel export scale. In addition, Novak noted that the damaged "Nord Stream" natural gas pipeline is technically capable of being repaired. (CCTV)
