At the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones fell 0.15%, the S&P 500 Index dropped 0.4%, and the Nasdaq declined 0.65%. The storage sector continued to move lower, with SanDisk (SNDK.US) down nearly 3%, SK Hynix (SKHY.US) falling 3.5%, Western Digital (WDC.US) decreasing 1.7%, and Micron Technology (MU.US) dropping 1.9%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index fell 0.2%.
