04:23 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Global (LBTYA, LBTYB, LBTYK) has received European Union commission clearance of its sale of VodafoneZiggo's passive tower assets to DigitalBridge (DBRG), TD Greystone Infrastructure and L&G for 669 million euros ($749.5 million), Liberty Global said Wednesday. The company continues to expect the deal to close by the end of the year. The move is part of the targeted 1.2 billion euros to 1.4 billion euros of noncore asset disposals to support the planned listing of Ziggo Group in Amsterdam in the middle of 2027, Liberty Global said.
